Shipping policy

At Kleodora Diamonds, we take pride in delivering your jewellery securely, promptly, and with the care it deserves. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices for domestic and international orders, including timelines, carriers, insurance, and exceptions.

 

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Custom-designed items may require 7–21 business days depending on complexity.
  • Shipping Methods: We use Canada Post, FedEx, and Purolator for insured deliveries.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Signature Requirement: All orders over $500 CAD require a signature upon delivery.

 

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship worldwide to most countries via DHL Express, FedEx International, or Canada Post International.
  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom items may take longer.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Kleodora Diamonds is not liable for delays due to customs.

 

High-Value & Insured Shipments

  • All diamond and platinum jewellery is shipped fully insured.
  • Orders over $5,000 CAD are shipped with tamper-evident packaging and require direct signature.
  • We reserve the right to split shipments or upgrade shipping methods at no additional cost to ensure safety.

 

Custom Orders & Production Timelines

  • Custom-designed pieces may require additional production time, typically 2–4 weeks. - Not Eligible for Returns
  • You will receive updates throughout the process, including estimated dispatch dates.

 

Shipping Exceptions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for orders over $500 CAD)
  • Restricted countries under Canadian export regulations
  • Addresses flagged by fraud detection systems

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Kleodora Diamonds is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at info@kleodora.ca
  • We will initiate a claim with the carrier and assist with resolution
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number via email
  • Carrier details and estimated delivery window
