If you choose to exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will not be refunded. For an upgrade, simply pay the balance for the higher-value product.

Online Refund Process

Once your returned item has been carefully verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is approved and the process is complete.

You can upgrade your jewellery at 100% of the original purchase value when selecting a new item that’s at least 40% higher in price.
