• The product is unused, unaltered, and not customized.
  
• It is returned in the same condition as received.
  
• The original invoice and certificates are included.
  
• The product has not been tampered with or modified in any way.
  

If you choose to exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will not be refunded. For an upgrade, simply pay the balance for the higher-value product.
