7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 7 days under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unaltered, and not customized.
It is returned in the same condition as received.
The original invoice and certificates are included.
The product has not been tampered with or modified in any way.

If you choose to exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will not be refunded. For an upgrade, simply pay the balance for the higher-value product.

Online Refund Process

Once your returned item has been carefully verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is approved and the process is complete.

Upgrade Policy

For diamond-studded or platinum jewellery only

You can upgrade your jewellery at 100% of the original purchase value when selecting a new item that's at least 40% higher in price.

This offer is valid within 6 months from the date of your original invoice.
